Pan Samadhan provides professional assistance for PAN card applications, corrections, and reprints. We act as a facilitator between the applicant and the government authorities. Please note that we are a private consultancy and not a government department.

3. User Obligations

  • Users are responsible for the authenticity of the documents uploaded.
  • Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

4. Payments & Refunds

Note: Service fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed or submitted to the authorities.

All payments are processed through secure gateways. Pan Samadhan does not store your credit/debit card details.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pan Samadhan shall not be liable for any delays caused by government processing times, postal service errors, or incorrect information provided by the user.
